Happy January! It’s that time of year – everyone’s setting goals, and I’ve been thinking about what I want to do this year. I’ve been really excited to see the rise of personal newsletters. It seems to be a medium that women are drawn to, a more intimate form of communication with people who actually want to read your stuff. So, I thought I’d start one of my own focusing on my passions - writing, creativity, and work.
I want deeper connections. A sisterhood. More fun. To prioritise my own projects and happiness (getting up an hour earlier to work on my own stuff first). To sort out my health. I have rheumatoid arthritis and want to find out what’s causing it and get it into remission. I’m tired and it’s no fun when your fingers keep getting stuck when you write for a living.
